Kyokushin Karate Lesson with Shihan Part 2 [4K]

Learn from Shihan Anthony Codispoti during one of our Saturday morning Kyokushin Karate training sessions at The Phoenix Way in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, United States. In today's lesson, Shihan goes over how to string together a series of strikes that get you off-the-line and in place for your next strike. The whole time keeping your guard in place and avoiding any strikes from your opponent. Like our Kancho always says: Train hard and often – OSU! All content property of The Phoenix Way.
