Rolling Sky: Unending Voyage「Main Bonus 91」「11TH ANNIVERSARY」

[Recorded: 23/10/2026] Enjoyment: 6/10 Our Story Onward's bonus level, which is now the hardest bonus level in the game. This level feels more like a "traditional" anniversary level than Our Story Onwards with a banger soundtrack, its difficulty bordering on 6 stars and, most importantly, a theme recap that features 1 theme every year Rolling Sky released a level, which I think is a rather nice detail that not everyone can pick up on. Especially fun to see (though not exactly fun to play) is the Reggae cameo at 69% where its crown-3 path is now the path to the 4th mystery box ^^ The difficulty curve of this level is extremely lopsided - the level is quite slow up until the last third, with only 3 mystery boxes to collect and the gems being rather chill to collect. One can be forgiven for watching and immediately deduce that this level is no more than 4 stars. However, the last third is what pushes the level to touch 6 stars - you stay in fast mode all the way to the end and the paths, especially those of the mystery boxes, range from difficult at best to unforgiving at worst. On the perfect route, the difficulty spikes at 84% until 92%, within it are boxes 7 and 8, perhaps the hardest of the level. From there, you need to keep your composure to obtain the only marginally easier boxes 9 and 10 before you can perfect the level. If you can ignore the annoyance of sitting through 66% of filler to get to the meat of this level, I think that it's one of the best levels in the game in terms of design & significance. It's a shame that I can't enjoy it more as I've had 3 deaths at 91% when trying to collect box 8... #rollingsky
