🚛 Welcome back to another trucking vlog! Good morning from Ontario! After a short eight-hour rest, we're back behind the wheel and heading to Mississauga, Ontario, to deliver our current load. We're starting the morning a little tired, so a stop at the Newcastle ONroute for coffee and a bathroom break is definitely needed before tackling Toronto traffic! Once the delivery is complete, it's back to the yard to drop off the empty trailer and pick up our next load, this time heading to Columbus, Indiana. With a heavier load on board, we make sure to get weighed and confirm everything is legal before hitting the road. There's also a border crossing to deal with, including arranging an escort for our bonded load. We're hoping the wait won't be as long as last time, but with limited driving hours remaining, every minute counts. Dispatch already knows we'll be running late, so the goal is to get across the border and make as much progress into the United States as possible. After crossing into Michigan via the Ambassador Bridge, we head toward Monroe to find a place to park for the night. With only about an hour of U.S. driving time available, we're hoping to find a spot at Love's. When that doesn't work out as planned, we continue to the TA nearby, where we finally get parked for the night. Tomorrow, we'll continue toward Columbus, Indiana, to deliver this load before heading down to Kentucky for our next pickup.
