Specialist Pain Physiotherapist Lee Matthews guides you through a warm up and then Section B of the stretches in seated (which include stretches for fingers, wrists, shoulders and neck).
Please follow precautions in the first few months of any joint replacement surgery (Hips and Knees). If you do the stretches on the side of any joint replacement do not force beyond the range it is intended to move - your healthcare specialist will be able to advise you if you are uncertain of this.
