Here they are..the traditional Qagħaq tal-Għasel, also known as honey rings. Filled with treacle/golden syrup and other festive ingredients. We have them all year round but especially around Christmas time. We like the pastry particularly thin but feel free to adjust according to your taste. The filling is divine!
