Keegan Glann breaks down the double under guard pass from the initial connection through the finish, including the common defenses that stop most people from completing the pass.
The central rule is simple: load the hips, build the stack, solve the defense, and then pass to control. Keegan shows why reaching lazily exposes the passer to attacks, why walking before the stack allows the guard to recover, and how loading the hips onto the thighs makes the pass feel significantly lighter.
With Cadence supplying realistic resistance, the breakdown covers two ways to clear the hip post, the head-and-chest connection that holds the stack, the flip-to-back option against flexible defenders, and the over-under transition when butterfly hooks stop the original pass.
The video also includes three different double-under entries, two progressive drills, and a complete clean repetition from opening the guard through the final control.
