Meet the all-new 2026 Spartan — Devinci’s latest enduro platform, proudly Made in Canada. To bring it to life, we hired a couple of new “factory employees”: Steve Vanderhoek and Yoann Barelli. On paper, they’re here to weld, align and ensure the utmost control and quality here at our Canadian headquarters. In reality, they’re a bit more interested in the field-testing side of things. Today’s task? Make the all-new Spartan — a purpose-built aluminium powerhouse. But as the morning drags on, their focus starts to drift… towards the trails. Come lunch, the decision seems made as the newly hired duo clock out, grab the closest Spartan, and head for Mont-Sainte-Anne — One of Quebec’s most iconic riding destinations infamous for its raw terrain. The riding is prime. Big sends, high fives, and a proper stress test on some of the rowdiest lines around. Exactly what both the riders and the bike needed. Back at the factory, everything’s running smoothly. Except for two missing workers. We may never know the consequences of them ditching their shift.
