A Journey into the Wisdom of Buddhist Nepal with Lenka

A Journey in Search of Wisdom in Buddhist Nepal 🏔️ | Chamak Ayurveda Join us on a journey to Nepal—a land of sacred stupas, ancient monasteries, Himalayan panoramas, and a deep Buddhist tradition. This video will take you to Kathmandu and to sacred temples where the teachings of the great masters have been passed down for centuries and prayer flags dance in the wind beneath the world’s highest mountains. Lenka Lorien, a Czech trauma therapist and tour guide, will lead you on this 14-day journey of discovery, accompanied by local guide Debaki Sewa Nepali. We’ll visit Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Patan, Pharping, Namo Buddha, and the Tergar Osel Ling meditation center—places connected to great Tibetan teachers and an ancient spiritual tradition. This trip is not just about exploring Nepal. It is an invitation to slow down, find inner stillness, and connect more deeply with yourself. 📅 Dates: March 19 – April 1, 2027 ✈️ Departure from Prague, Turkish Airlines More information and registration: https://chamakayurveda.com/cs/cesta-z...
