Attack on Titan Season 2 Episode 4 Reaction! Watching Attack on Titan S2E4 “Soldier” for the first time - and this episode completely changes what I thought I knew about Ymir. In Attack on Titan Season 2 Episode 4, the Scouts are trapped at Utgard Castle while Titans attack in the middle of the night. Reiner, Connie, Ymir and Christa are forced to survive without their ODM gear as the situation becomes more dangerous by the minute. Reiner gets badly injured after a Titan bites his arm, while the veteran Scouts outside try to hold off the attack. Then the Beast Titan makes things even worse by throwing pieces of Wall Rose at the castle and calling in even more Titans. As the veteran Scouts are overwhelmed and killed, the recruits are left trapped on top of the tower with almost no way out. But just when everything seems hopeless, Ymir reveals a shocking secret and transforms into a Titan to fight the horde below. This episode also raises even more questions about Ymir, especially after Reiner realizes she can read the strange writing on the canned food found inside Utgard Castle. Between the Beast Titan, the nighttime Titan attack, Reiner’s injuries and Ymir’s final transformation, this episode is packed with huge clues and reveals. This is my first time watching Attack on Titan, so this is a completely blind reaction to Attack on Titan Season 2 Episode 4 “Soldier.” The battle at Utgard Castle, Reiner protecting Connie, the veteran Scouts fighting to the end and Ymir’s Titan reveal made this one of the craziest episodes of Season 2 so far.
