The Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 02OCT2025

Today's California Zephyr #5 arrived in Fort Morgan at 0609 MDT. (26 min. late due to freight traffic). P42s #57 & #164 (in Phase IV Pin Stripe livery) brought the 8-car consist to its first stop with car 4 (sleeper) to the platform for 1 patron detraining. Then the train was moved ahead to bring car 7 (coach) to the platform for 5 new patrons boarding for a ride west. There were no detraining passengers from the coach. With the station work safely completed, Antonio gave the high ball and on a clear signal, the Zephyr departed for its next stop at Denver's Union Station.
