The Sadya Story | NEMA USA | A Taste of togetherness

How do you serve an authentic Kerala Sadhya to over 1,300 people, every year, in America - with no caterers, no shortcuts, just volunteers? For NEMA, the New England Malayalee Association, the answer became a 100% volunteer-led effort: more than 200 people. Most of them engineers and tech professionals; coming together for months of planning, cooking, and serving to recreate a taste of home thousands of miles from Kerala. It like an Engineer's Sadhya. This is the story behind that feast - the teamwork, the tradition, and the community that makes it happen, year after year.
