Bibi's Famous Zanzibari Biriyani!

WE FINALLY FILMED IT! So many of you asked for Bibi's Biriyani that we always make for the first day of Eid and so we finally got round to filming it! Biriyani is a labour of love especially with the thousands of hours spent frying the onions! So it has always been more of a celebratory dish. You can make this with Lamb, Mutton, Chicken or vegetables! Just be mindful of the cooking time for each. Ps. Bibi was super nervous and shy when we filmed this!
