90001 'Royal Scot', 37667 and 37521 - Locomotive Services Private Charter - 28/09/20

A private charter operated by Locomotive Services saw Intercity Swallow liveried 90001 'Royal Scot' sat at York station over the weekend, meanwhile LSL's BR Green class 37s, 37667 (D6851) and 37521 (D6817), took charge of the charter around Scotland. We join the charter here at York, with the two 37s arriving at the station with the selection of premier coaches. Here, the 37s moved over to York Parcel Sidings, pulling up alongside DRS 37716 and 37402 'Stephen Middlemore', which later departed for use on the local RHTT circuit. The Intercity class 90, having left platform 1, then coupled to the stock in preparation for the journey to London Euston, before departing shortly after.
