NOTE: This is No Mercy Neutral Frisk, NOT Genocide. Although commonly conflated with Genocide route, No Mercy means 'never choose mercy', not 'hunt them all down'. Mettaton has fallen, and Alphys is still trying to pretend that everything's alright and tag along with the Undertale's new anime protagonist. Frisk holds a grudge. Originally, I envisioned the song as a sort of anime opening/magical girl motif to mock Alphys, but I didn't end up structuring the lyrics in a way that would be conducive for that. It also felt a little too absurd. So I went with a more funeral kind of vibe. Frisk does not attack Alphys, this is like Hall of Judgment. As for where the instrumentals are? Honestly, I just don't like doing them, because I don't like how they sound without the lyrics most of the time, and so I end up wanting to tweak them, and then I put it off. And repeat. Covers, remixes, parodies, animatics, reacts and whatever else you want to do are all fine with me as long as you credit/link back. Even if it's not something generally covered by fair use, I don't really care. Unless you're big corpo. Then we'll talk.
