I commend the crew members' great use of roleplay and their realistic avatars--there was even live voice-chat announcements given by the owner! I also would like to note their realistic ground crew operations which was a nice small detail. Furthermore, their aircrafts' cabin and seats were accurate to the real life Alaska Airlines, as well as the bag tag machines at check-in. Airport: 5/6 Combined, both Bellingham and Fairbanks received a total score of 5/6. I did like how Fairbanks, despite being a destination airport, had a very detailed and very expansive interior, unlike other airlines who only really have one hallway or a teleporter that connects to the other end of the airport where you exit. However, I think some details could be added to Bellingham and possibly even a lounge if there is one in real life. Seat: 4/6 The seat deserves a 4/6. The textures on the seat were very realistic and high quality, and the overall craftsmanship of the seat was great. Furthermore, the aircraft's cabin and seats were accurate to the real life Alaska Airlines which is always great to see! IFE: 1/6 Unfortunately, there was no IFE or PED. Hopefully a PED system is added in the future. However, because trivia went on during the last stages of the flight, the IFE score is a 1/6. Food: 3.5/6 The food was really the only part that lacked in comparison to the rest of the product, save for the IFE rating. I found that the in-flight menu was not accurate to the real Alaska, but this is an easy fix. I will note, though, that there was an animation on one of my food items which was nice. Service: 5/6 The service aboard Alaska Airlines was great! The staff were very realistic in their roleplay, like how they moved down the aisle with their trolley and collected trash after, not to mention the voice chat announcements. TOTAL SCORE: 26.5/40 Alaska Airlines received a decent score of 26.5/40. The only couple of things that I thought hindered the experience overall was the food and the IFE. I do hope that Alaska adds a phone system or IFE system on their planes to increase the IFE score and I hope they recreate the menu so it is real-life accurate instead of the one I had aboard this flight. Otherwise, I didn't find much else wrong! LINKS: Alaska Airlines Roblox Group: https://www.roblox.com/communities/35... Alaska Airlines Discord Server:   / discord
