Delta waves for the night: one 1.5 Hz binaural tone for 8 full hours, a 2-minute breathing intro, and a universe that slowly changes shape every hour. How we made it The sound: a pure 200 Hz sine in your left ear and 201.5 Hz in your right. Your brain hears the 1.5 Hz difference as a slow pulse that exists in neither ear alone. 1.5 Hz sits in the delta band (about 0.5–4 Hz), the slow range seen on EEG during deep sleep. The tone starts at the very first second and never stops: a 10-minute master is joined with 2-second phase-aligned crossfades, and we checked the full 8 hours for silence and steady level. The picture: a galaxy of about 3,000 drifting particles, a field of twinkling stars and a sacred-geometry figure around the breathing ring, all drawn in code by the Freqium team. Every hour the geometry changes, the galaxy gains or loses an arm, turns the other way and shifts its color. Each hour is a seamless 60-second loop, and the hours dissolve softly into one another, with no cuts to black. The ring: it breathes 6 in, 2 hold, 4 out, all night, and its glow pulses gently at 1.5 Hz, the same beat you hear. How to listen Headphones required. On speakers the beat disappears. Keep the volume low, lower than you think. Follow the ring for a few breaths, then let it go. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Don't listen while driving or operating machinery. This is a wellness sound, not a medical device, and nothing here is medical advice.
