Chicago's Maxwell Street Polish is named after a street it had to leave. This documentary follows the grill on the corner of Maxwell and Halsted, from a hot-dog stand at the heart of the city's Sunday market to the expressway, the university campus and the decisions that moved the market, and then the stand, off the street.
