According to the information provided, 20 gates of Hirakud Dam are open, including 13 gates on the left side and 7 on the right. The reservoir water level is reported at 629.47 feet, with an inflow of 1,54,069 cusecs and total outflow of 2,97,280 cusecs.The report also mentions significant downstream water flow at Khairmal, Barmul, Mundali, Naraj and Jobra.
