On today's show: El Cheapo, Generation Wars, Meet The Neighbors, & more! Today Ally came in with a challenge for the group and Klein came in with a rack of ribs. For Thrifty Thursday, Ally wants all of us to take the No Spend September Challenge: No non-essential spending, no added subscriptions, no takeout, etc. We're all keeping track of our 'non-essential' purchases for the next two weeks. Will Jake be able to resist buying weird neon posters? Can Vanessa stay off TikTok shop? Only time will tell. Klein meanwhile spent a lot of money on ribs over the weekend, and he brought a whole rack in to slow-roast during the show. His plan was foiled by a coworker trying to make a baked potato, which sent Klein into a tailspin. In the end, Jake didn't say thank you and Ally ate most of it. We also recapped our Fiesta Siesta yesterday where we finally had the chance to meet Zeke, the #1 contributor to Petty Claims Court. He brought codeine, weed, and showed us his very expensive grill.
