Tibetans in New York Hold Prayer & Candlelight Vigil for Drechen County Earthquake Victims

The Tibetan community in New York City came together to organize a prayer gathering and candlelight vigil in solidarity with the victims of the devastating earthquake in Drechen County, Nagchu, Tibet. During the event, I had the opportunity to interview the organizers and several attendees to learn more about the purpose of the gathering, the impact of the earthquake, and the importance of standing together as a Tibetan community during difficult times. I also asked the organizers whether they have plans to organize fundraising efforts in the coming weeks to provide support and assistance to those affected by the earthquake. Through these interviews, we hear heartfelt messages of compassion, unity, and solidarity with our Tibetan brothers and sisters back home. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this tragedy. Please watch, share, and help raise awareness. #Tibet #Drechen #Nagchu #TibetEarthquake #NewYorkTibetans #CandlelightVigil #PrayForTibet #TibetanCommunity #YakAndTalk
