Swiss Alps, Day 2-3 (Champex Lac to Lac de Louvie)

Days 2 and 3 of a 150 mile hike from Chamonix to Fusio including part of the Walker's Haute route in the southern Swiss Alps. The terrain over this section is very steep and rugged, with a particularly steep, slippery trail leading up to Col su Sarshlau. Don't make my mistake and be too ambitious. My original plan was to complete the full 120 mile Haute route in 5 days (~25 mi/day), and then cross over into Italy around Saas Fee, ultimately ending in Fusio, Switzerland. By the morning of Day 3, I started to realize I was not making the miles I'd hoped to, and I had to think about an alternative plan.
