Carpathian Village Life 🪿 Roasting a Goose, Making Fresh Apple Juice & Plum Nutella

High in the Carpathian Mountains, near a quiet river, a young family — Andriy and Tetiana — lives a simple and peaceful life. 🌿 Today is another busy day of village life in the Carpathian Mountains: preparing a large goose, making natural homemade apple juice, and preserving delicious food for the winter. Early in the morning, Andriy and Tetiana begin preparing the goose. Andriy peels the apples while Tetiana prepares the sauce and marinade. Once the goose is ready, they each get back to their daily work. 🍎 This year, their garden has produced an incredible amount of apples, so Andriy and his sons spend the day making homemade apple juice. They wash the apples, grind them, press out the juice, and then Tetiana boils and preserves it for the winter. The juice is completely natural, homemade, aromatic, and incredibly delicious. 🍑 Meanwhile, Tetiana is making homemade plum jam, baking plums, and preparing a delicious homemade chocolate plum spread similar to Nutella. For lunch, she also prepares tasty homemade meat fritters. 🪿 Finally, the roasted goose is ready! The whole family gathers around the table for a warm family meal. The goose turns out incredibly delicious, and Tetiana says she has never tasted anything quite like it before! After lunch, the men start digging a trench for water drainage, Grandpa goes to cut grass for the rabbits, while Tetiana continues preparing homemade winter preserves — filling jars with plum jam and fresh apple juice. And that is how another beautiful day comes to an end in a picturesque Carpathian village. 🏔️❤️ This is real Carpathian village family life — filled with hard work, homemade food, nature, family, and simple everyday happiness.
