🏔️ Transforming a Wild Mountain Cave into a Cozy Home | Traditional Life & Winter Survival 🔥

🏔️🌊 Welcome to "BALEROD"! Join Golnar and Maedeh in the wild Zagros Mountains of Iran—an incredible journey into cave living, traditional lifestyles, and survival in pristine nature! 🔥🪨 In this episode, Golnar prepares dough for traditional "Barkoo" bread. She then moves heavy stones and uses a sledgehammer to break apart rocks, constructing the walls of their cave dwelling. With hard work and unwavering determination, she carefully stacks the stones to create a sturdier shelter deep within the rugged Zagros Mountains. 🌿 Golnar tends to their small garden, then heads to the rushing river to catch fresh fish for dinner! 🐟 Meanwhile, working together, Golnar and Maedeh haul soil to reinforce the cave walls, making their mountain shelter even more secure. As the day draws to a close, they prepare the traditional Barkoo bread and fry the fresh catch, enjoying a simple yet satisfying meal after a long, industrious day. 🍞🔥🐟 Experience the beauty of Iran’s traditional nomadic lifestyle—building a stone home inside a cave, cooking over an open fire, and surviving in the wild alongside rushing rivers. Every day in the wild Zagros Mountains brings new challenges and unforgettable, hard work! ❤️ If you are interested in primitive survival skills, traditional cooking, mountain life, and relaxing videos of pristine nature, please like this video, leave a comment, and subscribe to the "BALEROD" channel to watch more amazing adventures!
