In this video I’m creating a magical glow-in-the-dark epoxy resin crystal that looks like an invisible mountain — only the purple snow is visible!
Here’s what happens in the video: I mix epoxy resin and pour it into an oval mold. After a few hours, while it’s still semi-cured, I carve a mountain shape using a mini drill and a knife. Then I brush purple glow-in-the-dark powder mixed with resin onto the surface and cure it with UV light.
I also carve a small wooden base, add velvet powder for texture, and create soft cloud effects by injecting colored resin into clear resin with a syringe. Everything goes into a larger mold and gets covered with more epoxy resin.
After demolding, I shape it into a crystal form with an angle grinder, cut it in half, and paint the back with black resin so the mountain and clouds stand out beautifully. Finally, I polish it to a high shine.
The result is a stunning invisible mountain crystal pendant that absorbs light and glows soft purple in the dark.
