It has a very soft outer layer (Snow Skin), the 2nd layer is the durian paste that has a light flavor of coconut milk and durian, and the center of mooncake has a real durian meat inside. With that, it brings out the strong aroma from the durian and make this snowy mooncake tastes so wonderful and addictive 🤩.
