24 minutes of prepping my daughter’s morning birthday surprise before she wakes up -NO TALKING

My daughter and I made focaccia dough with sourdough starter last night to overnight ferment in the fridge so it develops more complex flavor from cold fermentation. This morning, I was prepping the focaccia dough to bake it nice and fresh to have it ready for the day. Prepping surprise morning birthday balloons and card, cleaning up the kitchen a little bit so the princess can come downstairs to a nice birthday morning. The video I had to cut short so the wife and I can prep a little bit more stuff. Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancakes and such.
