🏍️ Delhi to Jageshwar Dham Bike Ride | Final Part | Jageshwar, Chitai Golu Devta & Kasar Devi 🙏⛰️ And finally… the journey comes to an end! ❤️🏍️ After riding from Delhi through Kainchi Dham, Mukteshwar, Haldwani and Dol Ashram, we finally reached the spiritual heart of our journey — Jageshwar Dham. 🙏🔱 In this final episode, we explore some of the most beautiful and spiritually significant temples around Jageshwar and Almora before bringing this entire road-trip series to an end. 🌲⛰️ 🔱 Jageshwar Dham Jageshwar Dham, also known as the “Valley of Gods,” is one of the most remarkable ancient temple complexes in Uttarakhand. The complex is surrounded by dense deodar forests and is home to more than 125 ancient temples, many of them dedicated to Lord Shiva. The beautiful stone architecture and peaceful surroundings make Jageshwar a truly special place. 🙏🌲 🕉️ Dandeshwar Mahadev Temple Our journey continues to Dandeshwar Mahadev Temple, one of the important temples within the Jageshwar temple group. The present structure is associated with the 9th–10th century and is known for its distinctive ancient stone architecture. 🔱🏛️ 🙏 Vriddha Jageshwar We also visit Vriddha Jageshwar, an ancient Shiva temple located in the hills above Jageshwar. It is traditionally associated with the older form of Jageshwar and adds another beautiful spiritual stop to this journey. 🌲🔱 🔔 Chitai Golu Devta Temple Next, we ride towards the famous Chitai Golu Devta Temple, dedicated to Golu Devta, who is widely revered as the God of Justice in Kumaon. The temple is especially famous for the thousands of bells offered by devotees. People traditionally offer bells after their wishes are fulfilled, making the temple grounds look truly unique. 🔔🙏 🌄 Kasar Devi Temple And finally, we end this entire journey at the peaceful Kasar Devi Temple near Almora. Perched on a hilltop surrounded by pine and deodar forests, this ancient temple dates back to around the 2nd century CE and is known for its serene atmosphere and beautiful Himalayan views.
