Andover ParkRun 20 mins

I volunteered to pace 20 mins for the Andover ParkRun. I ran slightly faster than 20 mins (19:54). It’s hard to judge on mixed terrain and it was a little bit shorter than 5K. Very hot day for it but you guys still managed some amazing times today. Well done Riley Heyes on a 1st place finish with a time of 16:44 which I believe is a PB 💪🏻 and a PB for George Copping 2nd place with a time of 17:19.
