🍗 CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN & GOLDEN FRIES IN RICH TOMATO SAUCE | KAMPALA LIVING 🍟 Welcome back to Kampala Living! ❤️ Today, I’m making delicious crispy fried chicken tossed in a rich, flavourful tomato and vegetable sauce, served with golden homemade fries. The chicken is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and coated in a mouthwatering sauce packed with flavour! This is a perfect meal for family dinners, weekend treats, or whenever you’re craving homemade comfort food. 😋 Come along and cook with me! 👩🏽‍🍳 HOW I MADE IT 1. Blended fresh ginger and garlic into a paste. 2. Marinated 2 chickens with the ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, and spices. 3. Deep-fried the chicken until golden, then finished cooking it in the oven to ensure it was cooked through. 4. Sliced the onions, tomatoes, green pepper, and carrots. 5. Fried the potato fries in cooking oil, then set them aside. 6. Prepared a rich tomato sauce using onions, tomatoes, carrots, green pepper, ketchup, and tomato sauce. 7. Added the fried chicken to the sauce and allowed it to simmer for a few minutes so the flavours could come together. 8.
