Have you ever tried Moroccan Batbout or Bihar’s traditional Sattu Paratha? In this video, we bring you two delicious flatbread recipes from different culinary traditions!
Moroccan Roti Batbout
Batbout is a popular Moroccan bread made with flour and cooked on a stovetop. Soft, light and pocket-like, it can be enjoyed with a variety of fillings or served alongside your favourite dishes.
Sattu Paratha
A much-loved Indian stuffed paratha, Sattu Paratha is made with roasted gram flour (sattu), flavoured with spices and herbs, and stuffed into dough before being rolled out and cooked on a tawa. It’s especially popular in Bihar and other parts of eastern India.
Both recipes offer delicious ways to enjoy homemade bread. Try them in your kitchen and tell us which one you liked more!
