Gnearly Gnocchi ~Part 1

I have to eat softer food for awhile~ no big deal. I bought a 5# bag of Russet Potatoes. I haven't bought potatoes for awhile, and now I remember why. However, since I had them, I thought~ why not gnocchi? Good thought. Next time, double-batch because they freeze so well and go from freezer to table in under 30 minutes. And for Heaven's sake, don't freak out at the ending!
