The Henderson Legacy

Henry William Henderson gifted the Henderson Memorial Hall to the community of Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire in memory of his wife Elvira Henderson who died in childbirth in December 1901. Her ornate tomb in St Lawrence churchyard was sculpted by Sir George Frampton who famously made the statue of Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens.
