Just a couple of weeks ago, Chef Kwon Sung-jun, better known as @napolimatfia, braved Hong Kong's heat and humidity to meet his fans and cook up a storm in our city. The chef was here to celebrate Pici's 10th anniversary, with an exclusive menu and a special two-night dinner service. While he was in town, we sat down with the chef to ask him our burning questions: How did he first start cooking? What does his ideal day off look like? And most importantly, what would he serve the mafia in exchange for his life?
