Bernadette - Avsenik "Na Golici" or "Trumpet Echo Polka" for accordion

"Na Golici" (in Slovenian) or "Trompetenecho" (in German) is a Slovenian instrumental polka composed by Slavko Avsenik and arranged by his brother Vilko in 1954. The song was first recorded in 1955 in the Radio Karnten (Carinthia) studio Klagenfurst, Austra. It is considered the most played instrumental tune in the world. The song has been covered more than 600 times all over the world. I have fond memories of playing this polka with the Ozzie Mazzei Accordion Orchestra from Queensland, Australia with whom I toured Germany and Austria in 1996.
