Shiny Channel Jirachi (Thanks to RNG and ACE)

This is my instructional video (and personal diary) of how to obtain a legal shiny Jirachi from Pokémon Channel (without actually using Pokémon Channel). I heavily recommend looking into other RNG/ACE videos by imablisy and Papa Jefe. They know what they're doing far more than I do. But for this specific usage of ACE?
