Rubber Bale Lifting Device with Penetrating Jaws

We designed and built this ergonomic device to grab and lift 85-pound rubber bales. The tool features a powder coated steel and aluminum frame, 360 degrees of continuous rotation, stainless steel curved gripping hooks, gripper safety circuit for mid-air drop prevention, top, middle, and low grip and release controls with a common button (ensures two-handed operation) mounted to a high-low handlebar that allows operators to stay in a good ergonomic working position. The tool is suspended from an intelligent (smart) force sensing Gorbel G-Force Hoist integrated with the Gorbel Easy Arm articulating jib crane.
