Quiet your mind with this 12-minute guided prayer. Join Howie (orange cat) and me as we do a guided prayer session together with cozy vibes. (Evie, the tortie cat, joins, too!) First we will read Psalm 27:4–5, then spend some time asking God to search our hearts. This is a gentle space to be honest with God about what is on your heart. We often feel the need to force our thoughts to stop when we sit down to pray, but this practice invites you to do the opposite.
