Manual lymphatic drainage helps to reduce swelling in an area where the lymphatic system is not able to work properly and reroute the lymph flows to healthy lymph nodes. In this video you are going to learn step by step how to do lymphatic drainage to the left arm and reduce the risk of swelling. Please talk with your doctor to give you the okay to start any self massage after surgery. First we start with activating all the healthy lymph nodes.  In this way the healthy lymph nodes are prepared to remove the excess of fluid in an area that has been affected.
