🥣 INGREDIENTS USED:
For the Coffee Base:
Coffee powder - 2 Tbsp
Hot water - as required
Crispy rusks - 12-15 pcs
For the Cream Layer:
Paneer - 200-250 grams
Honey - 4-5 Tbsp
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Processed cheese cubes - 2 pcs
Powdered sugar - 2-3 Tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP METHOD:
1. Prepare the Coffee Soak:
In a shallow bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of coffee powder with hot water.
Stir well until completely dissolved, then let it cool slightly.
2. Make the Secret Velvet Cream:
In a blender or food processor, add the crumbled paneer, honey, fresh cream, processed cheese cubes, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence.
Blend on high speed for 2–3 minutes until the mixture turns completely smooth, silky, and velvety. (Tip: There should be no grainy paneer texture left!)
3. Layer the Base:
Take a rectangular or square glass tray or dish.
Dip the rusks into the coffee mixture one by one. Do it quickly (just 1–2 seconds per side) so they don't get overly soggy.
Arrange the soaked rusks side-by-side to form the first solid layer at the bottom of the dish.
4. Assemble the Tiramisu:
Pour half of your blended velvet cream mixture directly over the rusk layer. Smooth it out evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Create a second layer by dipping more rusks into the coffee mixture and placing them on top of the cream.
Pour the remaining half of the cream over this second layer and smooth the top completely.
5. Chill and Serve:
Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) so the flavors set beautifully.
Just before serving, use a fine strainer to dust a generous layer of cocoa powder over the top.
Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy your delicious budget-friendly dessert!
