Judges: Piping - Sean Sommers Piping - John Cairns Drumming - David McAdam Ensemble - Ryan Murray The Prince Charles Pipe Band, sponsored by the Caledonian Club of San Francisco, is dedicated to teaching youth and promoting excellence in the art of Scottish piping and drumming. Founded in 1967, generations of the band have performed and competed successfully in the US, Canada, Scotland and France, and won World Pipe Band Championships in Grade 2 in 2000 and Grade 3B in 2003. The organization has been the featured guest pipe band three times at the Festival Interceltique Lorient in France. The band won the 2024 North American Grade 4 Championships and was upgraded to Grade 3 shortly thereafter. They competed in Grade 3B at the 2025 and 2026 World Pipe Band Championships and qualified for the finals both times. The band is led by pipe major Katya Teodorovich, Pipe Sergeant Colin Thurber, and Drum Sergeant Henry Stockett. The band sports the Black Stewart tartan.
