Gameplay centers on twenty different minigames that test reaction speed, rapid button pressing, color recognition, precise timing, and simple pattern recognition. Each player begins with a set number of lives, represented by white hand icons. Failing to meet the requirements of a minigame costs one life, and a player is eliminated when all of their lives have been lost. Standard Mode presents all twenty minigames in sequence, minigames are played in a fixed sequence. Each minigame awards a performance rating from one to five points, based on how well the player performs. Failing to meet the required performance results in the loss of a life. A Select Mode is also available, allowing three minigames to be chosen from the full selection for a shorter session. 1. Dice Dice Dice! Three dice spin and then stop, each positioned above a different button. The player must press the button corresponding to the die showing the highest number. 2. Pencil Lead Speed Contest! The player must repeatedly press a button to pull pencil leads out as quickly as possible. It is essentially a rapid-button-mashing challenge. 3. Quick Daruma Removal! A stack of colored daruma pieces must be dismantled from the bottom upward. The player has to press the button matching the color of the current piece and repeat the sequence as quickly as possible. 4. Burger Shop Trainee! A model hamburger is displayed at the top of the screen, and the player must assemble an identical burger by stacking the correct ingredients in the correct order. 5. Escape From Here! The player must repeatedly press the buttons to make the character escape while a guard periodically turns around. Button presses must stop when the guard is looking. 6. UFO Spotted in the City! Objects pass rapidly between buildings, and the player must identify and select the correct one. The minigame includes several humorous references and characters from other Konami games. 7. Build a Delicious Burger! Hamburger ingredients fall from above, and the player moves left and right to position them and build a stable stack. The challenge consists of four attempts. 8. Supercar Highway Dash! The player controls a car moving through traffic and uses the red and blue buttons to steer around other vehicles. 9. What's Your Name?! A three-letter English word appears on screen, and the player must construct it by moving through an alphabet arranged from A to Z. 10. Rabbit's Shark Jump! The player watches a sequence of colored sharks and must press the corresponding colored buttons in the correct order. Incorrect inputs cause a significant loss of time, making quick recognition and accurate button selection essential. 11. Where There Are No Cats, Mice Rule! The player controls a mouse moving around a circular area and attempts to collect food. The red button turns the mouse left and the blue button turns it right. 12. ABC, ABC, English Study! The player must locate letters in alphabetical order from a series of positions and select them one after another. 13. Monster Rampage in the City! Tanks emerge from the bottom of the screen, and the player must press the button corresponding to each tank's color. 14. Muscle Man Jumps for Meat! A muscular character riding a pogo stick attempts to reach pieces of meat suspended above him. The player must press a button at the correct moment when the pogo stick touches the ground to increase the height of the next jump. 15. Calculator Test! Numbers or arithmetic expressions appear on screen, and the player must enter the displayed number or the correct result using the three buttons. 16. Big Explosion When It Reaches Zero! Players take turns reducing a countdown by one to three points before passing the turn to the next player. Whoever is holding the bomb when the counter reaches zero is eliminated. 17. I Will Protect the City's Peace! Characters appear in different parts of the screen, and the player must press the button matching the color around a hostile male character to defeat him. 18. Mini-Car Flag Grab! Small cars compete inside a circular arena to capture flags. The player steers the car using the buttons while attempting to reach each flag first. 19. Love Ladder! A heart falls through a ladder-like arrangement of horizontal branches. The player must observe the changing path and press the appropriate button to influence where the heart falls. 20. Shake the Cola and Launch the Rocket! The player rapidly presses a button to shake a can of cola. After the shaking sequence, the can is placed on a rocket launcher and fired. The goal is to build enough pressure to reach the stated target distance of 380,000 km. In both modes, the three-player format remains active, meaning that rankings and scores are always calculated against the other two participants.
