What are natural transformations? (Category Theory)

This videos shows what natural transformations from category theory are, namely, the right notion of an arrow between functors. The video only does enough to motivate and give the definition of natural transformations. Briefly, I do one hand wavy example of the natural transformation between the identity and double dual functors on the category Vect_k.
