Whipped Lard made by Lovely with Lard at Sobremesa Farm Kitchen

An elegant take on whipped butter that has so much more flavor! 2 cups rendered lard at room temperature 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons rosemary 2 tablespoons lemon zest One garlic clove minced and slightly sautéed And lard to KitchenAid bowl use whisk attachment whisk on high for five minutes. Add all other ingredients and gently fold in. Spread on bread or use in your cooking
