It’s Day 5 of my video challenge, and today, the mask came off. I realized that while I’ve been waiting for "proof" of my success, I have been actively discounting the miracles I’ve already participated in. As a hypnotherapist, I worked with a client who was legally going blind from a degenerative eye disease; through our sessions, her vision was restored to 20/20. I’ve spent so long making that result small, just as I’ve felt small today in the face of judgment and bias. This video is about the "discounted proof" we all carry—the life-changing impacts we’ve made that we’re too afraid to claim. If you feel unseen today, this is for you.
