Is this the best Axial Gladiator build? I am adding weight down low and upgrading components to improve performance on rocks.
After testing this rig stock, it became clear that some strategic modifications would help its stability. This guide walks through my workshop process for installing new beadlock wheels, brass knuckles, and a high-performance servo. Whether you are looking to improve your own crawler or just enjoy the technical assembly process, this breakdown shows how these specific parts change the handling.
Properly setting up your RC crawler significantly impacts how it performs on rocky terrain. I take the finished build outside for real-world testing to demonstrate how the added weight and upgraded steering affect the suspension. You will see exactly how the rig navigates challenging obstacles compared to its stock setup, providing a clear look at why these mechanical adjustments matter for your next session.
