Most people squeeze with the legs. The control doesn't come from there — it comes from the hip angle, the alignment and the knee line. In this session we break down the setup and the finish from the ground, slowly and with every adjustment explained. Where the hip goes, where the knee closes, and why the control fails the moment you try to force it. Control comes from position, not power. Technique breakdown: • Entry and base — how to get the position without losing balance • Alignment — lining up before you commit • Knee line — closing the grip cleanly • Hip lift — the adjustment that makes the hold stick • Common mistake — what most people do that kills the control Filmed outdoors in a real training session with a training partner, in English, with technical commentary. This is a demonstration for study, not a competition format. If you practise judo, BJJ or grappling and want to appear in a lesson, contact: flechaarco234@hotmail.com
