OFA Deku Rising & Toya Todoroki Full Kits, Damage, Tuning & More | OFAデク Rising・轟燈矢 技構成・ダメージ・チューニング

OFA Deku Rising is currently scheduled to release on October 14th, with Toya Todoroki following on October 28th. In this video, I go over both of their current full kits using information found in the game files, along with an early gameplay showcase. This includes their Quirk Skills, damage, Down Power, ammo, movement, combos, Special Actions, Special Tuning Skills, and some other details I noticed while testing them. For OFA Deku Rising, I cover Black Chain and its movement and combo potential, Faux 100% Manchester Smash and its Fa Jin interaction, One For All Smash: Rising, Smokescreen, Fa Jin, and his Special Tuning, Tenacity. For Toya, I show some of his currently available emotes and animations before going over Flashfire Fist: Hell Spider, Prominence Blast, Vanishing Jetburn, his extremely powerful Flashfire Fist: Full Bloom Special Action, his revive penalties, enhanced state, and his Special Tuning, Death Flame. Some of the gameplay shown is from an early version of these characters. The current damage values, animations, effects, cooldowns, or other mechanics can still be adjusted before their official releases. Anything specifically mentioned as an observation from testing should also be treated as early-build behavior rather than guaranteed final behavior. A lot of work went into the original prediction videos and recreations for these characters, so it has been really interesting finally getting to compare them with the kits currently present in the game.
