Beyond recycling | CircularLeap workshop 4

Recycling is only one part of the circular economy. At Workshop 4 of the CircularLeap Scale-Up Programme, founders explored what happens when circular thinking moves further upstream, into product design, material sourcing, waste monitoring and the way businesses capture value. The workshop also examined how better waste data can help businesses measure environmental impact, improve product design and uncover new opportunities for value creation. For circular businesses, understanding these connections can open the door to stronger positioning and value-based pricing. The CircularLeap Scale-Up Programme is implemented by GrowthAfrica and funded by the Embassy of Finland in Nairobi through the Fund for Local Cooperation.
