Gen. Otema Speaks Out on Political Interest in Bardege-Layibi Division

Lt Gen. Charles Otema Awany has opened up on his political interest in Bardege-Layibi Division in Gulu City. The UPDF Reserve Force Commander is currently combing the various cells in Bardege-Layibi Division where he is holding consultative meetings with community members and local leaders.
