Kingston Peak Trail - Easy Jeep Trail with Amazing Views - Alice to Rollinsville, Colorado

This was my first time running this trail and I will definitely do it again. This trail took us exactly 2 hours to complete, including stops. This video is the entire trail from start to finish. I definitely recommend this trail as it is pretty short, it is easy and has incredible views and it is close to Denver. It has a great view of Loch Lomond (which is another great easy trail) and also awesome views of James Peak and other stunning mountains. One thing that surprised me is how quickly it took to get above tree line to awesome views coming from the Alice, Colorado side. It would take a little longer to get above tree line from the Rollinsville side. There were a ton of dispersed camping spots on the Rollinsville side and not as many on the Alice side. I think that a stock vehicle could easily do this trail. It is a little rocky as you can see in the video but there were no real obstacles or anywhere that we had to get out and spot. I will definitely hit this trail again!
